HOW IT  WORK

TRL is an Unconditional Global Basic Income. It is paid to every citizen irrespective of any benefits and income levels. Indicators that have an impact on the amount you will be receiving at the end of the month are linked to your compliance with rights and liberties within your country.

In the initial stages we are using the data from universally recognized organisations that are experts within their field.  Each organisation presents comprehensive information for deciphering the indicator.

The TRL value is indicated in a blue triangle with large white digits (this value is duplicated on a separate line with universal long-term parameter (last year)).  If your country has a motivational coefficient or MTI, use the value calculated with MTI (located just beneath the country name)

The unconditional base income paid in cryptocurrency TRL is based on the average monthly wage (net) and the level of rights and liberties. The accrual (otherwise fixed price change) of cryptocurrency TRL is produced on the basis of the following value: 40% of the official* average monthly wage in the country distributing TRL. The inclusion of citizens' income from TRL in statistical data of the average monthly wage is prohibited (40% allows to get a sufficient value but to minimize macro-economic disruptions in the absence of statistical data).
Then we divide this value among the five parameters in line with expert ratings and assign each parameter a percentage value.
As the average salary is indicated in dollars, in the initial stages TRL would be the stablecoin (cryptocurrency that is linked to fiat currency) – 1TRL = $1

*According to (figures from) Eurostat, the International Labour Organisation, the Organisation for economic cooperation and development and national statistics

* The meaning of Press Freedom and GINI are linked to a relative number, specifically to the rating of the leader. In case of PF – This is Norway (the meaning is 7.63); GINI – Azerbaijan (the meaning is 16.6)

** Civic engagement: for member countries of OECD - the data was used from OECD, for countries outside of OECD GALLUP index was used

Unconditional Global Basic Income uses a unique index and an algorithm called ‘TRL implementation’ with the aim of reflecting the level of actual realisation of accepted international commitments and obligations in the field of human rights and environmental protection as well as for adherence to new international treaties to provide a higher level of protection for individuals at a domestic level.
‘TRL Implementation’, as opposed to MTI, is the most important part of TRL’s social mechanism, and thus can cause decrease of the country’s TRL TOTAL.

At the moment  we are working on improving TRL index/total power parity

Motivational table index V1 (MTI)

Motivational Table Index V1 (MTI) is an additional index that also increases TRL TOTAL. Its main goal is to encourage low-income countries with significant progress in the protection of rights and freedoms.
